There are lots of questions that linger in my mind while playing one those online slots in the internet. There are some observations that I was drawn into thinking as to why is it that way.
One point to ponder is why is that cartoon images are the most preferred graphics with online slot games. The internet has employed all the most sophisticated digital equipment that results into more realistic graphics. So far, I have scanned nearly a hundred free online slots sites, have tried playing numerous online slot games, and have browse many online slots menu, I have yet to view machines that has real life images. I was excited to see slot machines that have adult images. I have already tried various search engines to help me find one. Yes, I found one almost; it is adult themed but not the real images that I was expecting of. I said to myself that it is better to play cards since you can buy one that has real adult images.
That gives me the next idea to think about, do playing free online slots satisfy the child in us? Looking at various cartoon images in different online slots machine, I asked myself who are really the players with online slot games, kids? Or adults? Even most themes in free online games are themes that you also see in various children’s game sites. It made me asked what is really the reason why kids stuff dominates in adult activities such as playing slots?
And it leaves me thinking even more seriously with the thought, if we want to regulate children’s exposure with online games, then how come perceived for adults only games such as free online slots games contain images that will attract children. And I was even more curious, I think that online slots machine should be a testing ground for using real images not cartoon images to determine if real life images will be acceptable with adults.
And lastly why most free online slots sites are always have treasure hunting related images such as gold bars, skull and bones, treasure chests as default images. Why can’t I be greeted with Disney images or food images or fruit images? Is this some kind of mind conditioning to induce players to play more and bet more in the end lose more money? I do not think that the purpose is to warn player to be conservative in playing online slot games. Treasure hunting images can be construed as adventure concept but I do not think that playing slot games is an adventure per se.
Although, those questions that I presented in this article make me confuse, it did not however deter my spirit to play different free online slots and hope that I shall be able to construct answers relevant to my points to ponder. Actually, those are not serious thoughts however; I do not want to leave them unanswered. In the meantime, I will continue playing.
